Beginning with just one contract and one employee, DCI Cleaning Ltd. was established 1993 and incorporated in 2001 by Derek and Leane Marchand.
Today, with over 100 satisfied clients in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, DCI Cleaning Ltd. continues to grow and expand. Offering a wide range of professional cleaning services, this locally owned and operated business currently employs over 80 trained and qualified professionals that are dedicated to the highest standard of quality and excellence.

I have know Derek Marchand and DCI Cleaning for more then 10 years now. They have the contract for the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure Renewal at both Sydney Provincial Building and our office at 1030 Upper Prince Street in Sydney (known as the CTC building). The CTC building is approximately 26,000 sq ft and the Sydney Provincial Building is approximately 50,000 sq ft.
